We provide access to Ad-Accounts on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google for advertising purposes.

3. Onboarding

Completion of our onboarding process is mandatory before service usage. All information provided must be accurate.

4. Payment

• A monthly service fee applies (amount specified during onboarding).

• Top-Up transactions are subject to a 4.5% service fee or else stated by AdBear team.

• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refunds

Top-Up fees and monthly fees are non-refundable. Refunds for remaining ad account balances may be considered at our sole discretion.

6. User Obligations

- Only place "Whitehat Ads" (compliant with platform policies and applicable law).
- Not engage in Blackhat or Greyhat advertising.
- Take full responsibility for your advertising content and behavior.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breaches, including policy violations, unpaid invoices, or illegal activities.

8. Liability

We are not liable for platform outages, changes to ad policies, account suspensions, or third-party claims caused by your actions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be settled before the competent courts in Hong Kong.
