1. Acceptance of Terms
At AdBear, transparency is our priority.
2. Monthly Fees
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of account usage.
3. Top-Up Transactions
Top-Up amounts are credited directly to your ad accounts after deducting our service fee. As such, Top-Up transactions are non-refundable.
4. Account Termination
If you choose to terminate your account, any remaining ad credit is non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a transfer of residual balances under exceptional circumstances.
5. Disputes
If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact us at hello@adbear.co within 14 days of the charge.
